MOST UNDERRATED CUT OF MEAT EVER!

Hi guys, as per my title, this is the most underrated cut of meat ever, along with beef heart. I cooked it low and slow for 10 hours with beef stock and some potatoes and veggies (really as a filler) as the main event was the MEAT. It's perfect, I tried on a higher heat before for a shorter time with my instant pot but I felt it was too hot and impaired the flavour. LOW AND SLOW is best. From a health perspective these are great, grass fed, grass finished, it has a lot of tendons so it's a great source of bioavailable collagen which is like WD-40 for your joints, it's great for your hair and skin too, we lose collagen as we age so we need more from food. Vote with your dollars, support local enterprise and your family butcher! This is of course superior to any meat in the supermarket, the supermarkets don't even sell this cut anyway. Oh and another thing, red meat is not bad for your health, it's not bad for the environment and it's not going to give you cancer, it is a health food and it has been unfairly vilified over the past half a century to a ridiculous extent.
