Christmas 2022 FAQS and Delivery Schedule

How can I place my order?

Please place your order online by selecting and browsing through the Christmas 2022 tab. This year we’re expecting a higher delivery volume and have increased our delivery fleet capacity for the days leading up to Christmas. In order to ensure the freshness and quality of your purchase, we insist to continue sending your orders via our own refrigerated trucks, thereby delivery slots may be limited, especially during the dates between 22nd to the 24th of December 2022.

When can I place my order?

The Christmas Collection is open for orders and pre-orders from the 1st November 2022 to the 20th December 2022. Please take note during your purchase that some items such as turkey would require 4 days for us to brine and marinate.  

When is the Last Day to Order for Christmas?
The last day to place your pre-order is on the 20th of December 2022.

What are your delivery dates during Christmas?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Our butchers and delivery team will take a break every Sunday and public holidays, including Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January), to enjoy the festivities with their loved ones.


What if I miss the cut off time?

Should you miss the cut-off time of 1400 on the 20th of December 2022. Please communicate with our customer service team via WhatsApp or phone call @ 91787787. While there is a chance, we cannot fulfil your order in time. We would do our best to assist and hope to secure a timely delivery for your Christmas Dinner. Anticipating the extra order volumes this year, we have worked closely with our partner farmers overseas to predict numbers, ensuring sufficient fresh stocks are available. As most of our produce partners are independent smallholders with limited stocks. We highly encourage that you plan ahead and order ahead of schedule.


Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, you can. We understand how difficult it is juggling work, family, and organising a big Christmas Dinner. Sometimes plans change after an order has been placed. We also seek your assistance, that should you need to change your order, please let us know at least 2 working day before your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

In the event you like to cancel your order, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of your delivery. 

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, please reach out to our team @91787787 to schedule a self-collection. 

What is the shelf life of my order?

Fresh beef and lamb would stay fresh up to 5 days from the date of delivery. While bone-in cuts such as lamb rack and tomahawks have a shorter shelf life and would stay fresh for up to 3 days from the date of delivery. Cooked Hams & Roast products will keep well for up to 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
