Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We started Meat Co. to serve you some of the best quality produce from around the world. However should you be unsatisfied with your package delivery. We have a replacement and refund policy in place.

If you find that your order did not meet your expectations please reach out to us on the same day through email at, or WhatsApp or telephone us at +65 9137 5226.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns the following day after delivery.
Do let us know your order number, name, and the issue with your order along with pictures and a short description of the quality issue encountered.
Upon receipt of your request we will reply within 3 working days after our Quality Assurance team has assessed and evaluated the issue.
 There will be no additional delivery fee for any exchanges or returns. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly
