Melt-in-Your-Mouth Wagyu: Slow-Cooked Karubi

The Wagyu Karubi Plate was an absolute triumph. The marbling, a hallmark of Wagyu, promised incredible flavor, and it delivered. Slow cooking intensified this, rendering the fat luxuriously buttery while the meat itself became incredibly tender. Each bite was a symphony of textures – yielding slightly to the gentle pressure of the teeth, yet offering a satisfying chew. The result was a dish that was both decadent and deeply satisfying, a true testament to the quality of the Wagyu.
