This year, in addition to our classic 16-Rib Lamb Roast with Apricot and Pistachio Stuffing, we’re introducing a slightly smaller lamb rack, specially sourced for more intimate gatherings. Perfect for smaller celebrations, it offers the same festive indulgence in a more convenient portion size.
