Wagyu Inside Skirt (250g) Marinated with Chimichurri sauce: Typically, the inside skirt is the most chewy amongst the skirt steaks. Hence we chose to showcase this cut as the only Wagyu steak in this experience bundle. Despite being a cut from a Wagyu, the Inside Skirt doesn't melt in your mouth. But what it lacks in tenderness, it makes up for in flavour.
