Our CNY Beef Yakiniku Platter brings you on a sensory journey this year.
One of our favourite Yakiniku cuts featured on the platter is the Australian Wagyu Thin Skirt. While it may sound unappealing or perhaps foreign -reality couldn't be further from the truth. Found along the diaphragm muscle, the Thin Skirt is often considered a delicacy in Japanese yakiniku restaurants. Interlaced with fine marbling with a pleasant beefiness that will surely impress!
