If the Ribeye and Sirloin were cuts destined for steaks. The Chuck Eye Roll would be the equivalent cut for an indulgent dip into a simmering hot-pot.
This year, we've deliberately skipped the highest marble score of A5, and went for a more modestly marbled A4 Beef. Expect the usual melt in your mouth texture with a bold umami flavour. Except you wont have to stop at 1 piece, but could enjoy the entire serving without the beef feeling overwhelmingly rich.
