Our Argentinian Beef are selected British Breed Aberdeen Angus from the Pampas Grasslands of Argentina. A location dubbed with the highest rainfall in South American and home to the famous Pampas Prairies.
Throughout their life time, these cattles are exposed to a wide array high energy grass, including plantains and wild herbs. Resulting in an extremely high energy diet, which develops an intricate intramuscular fat throughout the beef. These Marbling adds flavour and tenderness that we hope you’d enjoy.
